The Hyroad Model
Hyroad provides an end-to-end solution for zero-emission freight through hydrogen trucks-as-a-service. Our model includes hydrogen fuel cell trucks, truck maintenance, strategically located refueling stations, and a reliable hydrogen supply — bundled into one simple pay-per-mile pricing structure.

We facilitate everything from truck procurement, fueling infrastructure, maintenance, and ongoing hydrogen delivery. Fleet operators can decarbonize their operations without capital investment, operational disruption, or added complexity.

Our approach matches demand for zero-emission trucks with supply of hydrogen fuel, ensuring high utilization of vehicles and stations. By integrating trucks, fueling infrastructure, and hydrogen supply under one roof, we’re able to optimize performance, improve reliability, and reduce costs for customers.
Our goal is to accelerate adoption of hydrogen freight by making it economically viable. That means driving down the cost of hydrogen through scale, reducing the carbon intensity of our supply over time, and reaching diesel cost parity.
