Dmitry Serov brings nearly two decades of experience in the energy and investment sectors to his role as CEO. Prior to founding Hyroad Energy, Dmitry served as Investments Director one of the world's largest commodity trading firms, Vitol. Prior to Vitol, he was an investor at energy-focused PE firm First Reserve Corporation. 

David Strcic brings extensive experience in the energy and transportation sectors to his role. He spent two decades at BP, serving as a VP and leading various business units. Before joining Hyroad Energy, David held a leadership position at Nikola Motor Company, further broadening his expertise in the transportation industry. 

Aaron Lapsley brings extensive experience in engineering and strategy consulting, environmental technology and digital innovation to his role. Prior to Hyroad, Aaron held leadership positions at Envirosuite as COO and at Cushman & Wakefield as Head of Digital Buildings. He is a licensed professional engineer in TX, CA & CO. 

Brett Cook brings over 25 years of experience in operations and maintenance across diverse energy sectors to his role. Prior to Hyroad, Brett held leadership positions at Nikola, including Head of Station Operations & Maintenance and Director of Operations. He has also led teams in refining, renewable energy, refrigeration and oil & gas industries.

Mike Archibald brings nearly 30 years of experience developing and executing large and complex projects across multiple energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to Hyroad, Mike was Nikola's Global Head of Hydrogen Infrastructure and Operations, where his team developed new hydrogen production and refueling station projects.

Erik Mason has nearly 25 years of experience in energy supply, trading, and project development. Before joining Hyroad, he served as Nikola's Global Head of Energy Supply & Trading, where he founded and built the low-carbon energy business and developed hydrogen infrastructure and supply to fuel Nikola customer FCETs. 

Rob Kelly brings 20 years of experience in clean energy and zero-emission transportation. After leading solar initiatives at SolarCity and Tesla, he co-founded AMPLY Power (now BP Pulse) and served as SVP at Forum Mobility, where he developed deep expertise in helping long-haul truckers transition to zero emissions.

Alex is a software engineering leader with 15 years of experience ranging from cloud migrations to embedded systems. Prior to Hyroad, Alex served as director of software engineering at Nikola, where he took the in-cab digital experience from prototype to production, and led the teams responsible for Nikola’s impressive cloud portfolio.
