Dmitry Serov
Dmitry Serov brings nearly two decades of experience in the energy and investment sectors to his role as CEO. Prior to founding Hyroad Energy, Dmitry served as Investments Director one of the world's largest commodity trading firms, Vitol. Prior to Vitol, he was an investor at energy-focused PE firm First Reserve Corporation.

Aaron Lapsley
Aaron Lapsley brings extensive experience in engineering and strategy consulting, environmental technology and digital innovation to his role. Prior to Hyroad, Aaron held leadership positions at Envirosuite as COO and as a management consultant for Deloitte. He is a licensed mechanical engineer in TX, CA & CO.

CFO
Igor Serov
Igor Serov brings over 30 years of experience in the Investment Banking Industry and serving as a CFO. He spent most of his carrier in London running such groups as capital markets, structured products, and advisory. Igor has worked at Bankers Trust, Rose Square Capital, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and Renaissance Capital. Before joining Hyroad he was a Chief Financial Officer at HbO2 Therapeutics.

Vice President of Hydrogen Infrastructure
Mike Archibald
Mike Archibald brings nearly 30 years of experience developing and executing large and complex projects across multiple energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to Hyroad, Mike was Nikola's Global Head of Hydrogen Infrastructure and Operations, where his team developed new hydrogen production and refueling station projects.

Vice President of Software Engineering
Alex Johnson
Alex is a software engineering leader with 15 years of experience ranging from cloud migrations to embedded systems. Prior to Hyroad, Alex served as director of software engineering at Nikola, where he took the in-cab digital experience from prototype to production, and led the teams responsible for Nikola’s impressive cloud portfolio.

Robert Kelly
Rob Kelly brings 20 years of experience in clean energy and zero-emission transportation. After leading solar initiatives at SolarCity and Tesla, he co-founded AMPLY Power (now BP Pulse) and served as SVP at Forum Mobility, where he developed deep expertise in helping long-haul truckers transition to zero emissions.

Chief Truck Engineer
William Marley
Bill has more than 25 years of experience in hydrogen fuel cell innovation, leading global engineering programs across the U.S. and Asia. His background spans system architecture, integration, testing, and validation, with a track record of bringing multiple generations of fuel cell vehicles from concept into real-world operation.

Head of Energy Supply
Erik Mason
Erik Mason has nearly 25 years of experience in energy supply, trading, and project development. Before joining Hyroad, he served as Nikola's Global Head of Energy Supply & Trading, where he founded and built the low-carbon energy business and developed hydrogen infrastructure and supply to fuel Nikola customer FCETs.

Vice President of Intellectual Property
Jason Miller
Jason brings more than 20 years of IP experience across law firm, in-house, and business-side roles. He has led work spanning IP strategy, intellectual asset management, strategic partnerships, and operating model design. In energy, he has helped build, protect, and commercialize technology portfolios in EV charging and hydrogen.

Vice President of Commercial & Sales
David Strcic
David Strcic brings extensive experience in the energy and transportation sectors to his role. He spent two decades at BP, serving as a VP and leading various business units. Before joining Hyroad Energy, David held a leadership position at Nikola Motor Company, further broadening his expertise in the transportation industry.

Director of Maintenance
Jess Gutierrez
Jess brings 15 years of experience in the trucking industry, starting his career as a technician working hands-on with semi-trucks and trailers before moving into leadership roles at JB Hunt, Swift, and Ruan. Most recently, he served as a Service Manager at Nikola, where he oversaw maintenance operations for a fleet of more than 100 trucks.
